Terms of Service

By using JoyArt ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use JoyArt.

2. Acceptable Use

• No content depicting minors in any sexual context.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people without permission.
• No content that incites violence, harassment, or illegal activity.
• No attempts to bypass safety filters of underlying models.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the renders you generate, subject to the licenses of the underlying model providers. You grant JoyArt a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.

4. Model Providers

Generations are produced by third-party models routed through Atlas Cloud. Their terms and content policies also apply to your usage.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the Service "as is", without warranties. Generation results are non-deterministic; we don't guarantee specific outputs.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyArt and Joycall are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
