Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data JoyArt collects, why, and what choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email and display name when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Generation data: the prompts you submit, reference images you upload, the model you chose, and the resulting renders.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (timestamps, errors) needed to operate the Service.

2. How We Use It

• To provide the Service: route requests to model providers, store your renders, and show them back to you.
• To secure the Service: detect abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use policy.
• To improve the Service: aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

3. Sharing

Prompts and reference images are sent to the AI model provider you select (routed through Atlas Cloud) to produce a render. We don't sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (hosting, storage, authentication).

4. Storage

Your renders are stored in our backend file storage and are reachable via signed/public URLs scoped to your account. We retain generations until you delete them or your account.

5. Your Rights

You can delete individual generations from your gallery, or request full account and data deletion by emailing hello@joycall.co.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session state. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

JoyArt is not directed to children under 13.
